This was just an appropriate option for a passing visit in Kuta with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff was incredibly accommodating, quickly fixing our AC issue within a couple of hours. Make sure to bring your own snacks, as the on-site restaurant is a bit pricey.

stylish decor

stressful experience

The hotel featured beautifully designed rooms with stylish decor.

I had a terrible experience with the local driver. He showed up late and had no knowledge of the area, leading us to miss out on a planned tour. While the hotel replaced him after our complaint, the hassle and stress caused by this initial unprofessionalism left a sour taste in my mouth.

poor breakfast

lack of fridges

the breakfast was okay, but one measly dish hardly counts as a full meal. also, do they not believe in fridges? how am i supposed to keep my drinks cold? i should have had a complimentary upgrade since i was clearly the most deserving guest, but i guess basic is the new luxury here. just couldn’t give a good review.

the wifi was a little sketchy but this place has two awesome pools and the yoga shala was super zen. the staff acted like family and food was consistently delicious and fresh. loved every minute of my stay

attentive staff

Couples looking for a slice of paradise

Had a great time overall. The staff went above and beyond when we fell ill, like we were their family. They even brought us fruit to help settle our stomachs, little things that made a big difference.

It was a bit pricey but worth every penny for the experience we had.
